Positive ... Finally enough napkins when ordering Nevativ ... "Large fries" - half full, quite cold, soft and almost unsalted - extra - forgot sauces - burgers cold and wrongly topped, obviously you have to check everything here. Employee training would be called for here.

Ordered from the DriveIn today. Time was okay but when we got home, we noticed that the ordered 9 nuggets weren't there. I mean, I don't have a problem with the employees swapping something, but forgetting that completely is not really possible. Had the feeling that they were all too stressed out there, even though it wasn't that busy.

You are used to different things, you could say the spiral is turning downwards in this branch. If I have no more ingredients "buns" to e.g. To prepare a Big Tasty then I should at least point this out to the customer. Just squeeze something together, because it wasn't more, ordered "Maxi" fries and only got them "normal", one would have thought the fries were next to the fries instead of inside and then cashing in full is simply the last thing. At the steakhouse it looked no different, very disappointing to say the least! Certainly only possible in the current phase because the restaurant is closed and you can only order at "DriveIn". If that had happened to me with consumption in the restaurant, it would have gone back. What you advertise, order and pay for you have to deliver, everything else is simply a fraud.

Thanks to the restrictions imposed, it's just annoying. Unfortunately for a long time not what it used to be. 😖

The health department should actually close this McDonald's immediately. Hygiene rules are consistently ignored. Order terminals are defective and people are jammed in the entrance because it is not possible to order at the checkout. The restaurant manager mocks you if you point it out. Masks are only worn negligently by staff. Under these circumstances I left the branch without anything to eat.

Was nice and empty. Good hygiene regulations. Unfortunately the burgers were only lukewarm, the cheese wasn't even melted. I know that better, so one point was deducted.

I am very much in favor of changes that are good for the environment, but a cardboard straw or a wooden spoon for the ice cream does not taste good at all

Order only as self-service on the display. Are you crazy? I have never seen so many potential customers leave a "restaurant" without making a purchase.

I haven't been there often. But when I stopped there in the drive, the staff was always friendly and the food was warm too.

Service polite and brisk. Ordering via vending machines is possible, but not for the elderly. My MC Rib had too little sauce, the fries had a bad day and the vanilla shake tasted better. I'm used to better quality at McDonald's.

Unfriendly staff points out that orders can only be placed on the counters / computers. During the entire stay (about 45 minutes) these were not even cleaned / disinfected, but used by about 40 people. The slips of data collection are left open and can be filled in with ONE colored pencil. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired throughout. Thanks for nothing.
